1.中国政府已收到亚洲基础设施投资银行（以下简称“亚投行”）为河南郑州等地特大暴雨洪涝灾害灾后恢复重建项目–焦作子项目提供的融资，并计划将部分资金用于焦作应急能力建设子项目合同项下的合格支付。

1.ThePeople’sRepublicofChinahasreceivedfinancingfromtheAsianInfrastructureInvestmentBank(AIIBortheBank)towardthecostofHenanFloodEmergencyRehabilitationandRecoveryProject-JiaozuoComponent,andintendstoapplypartoftheproceedstowardpaymentsunderthecontractforJiaozuoEmergencyResponsePlatformandSmartWaterandUrbanFloodManagementSystem.
2.TheJiaozuoEmergencyManagementBureau(JiaozuoWaterResourcesBureau,JiaozuoHousingandUrbanRuralDevelopmentBureau)nowinvitessealedTendersfromeligibleTenderersfortheabove-mentionedcontract.MoredetailedinformationoninformationtechnologysystemsisprovidedintheTenderDocument.
