A．国内产品：投标人须具有《中华人民共和国特种设备生产许可证》，且证书在有效期内。其中许可类别为压力管道元件制造；许可等级为压力管道阀门（金属阀门）(A1、B)。并提供有效的特种设备型式试验证书（压力管道元件）且证书批准范围
涵盖本次招标范围。投标时需提供证书原件扫描件（原件备查）（略）核实。
A．Domesticproducts:ThebiddermusthavetheSpecialEquipmentProductionLicenseoftheChina,andthecertificateiswithinthevalidityperiod.Thelicensingcategoryisthemanufacturingofpressurepipelinecomponents;Thepermissionlevel
isforpressurepipelinevalves(metalvalves)(A1,B).Besidesprovidedaeffectualspecialequipmenttypetestcertificate(pressurepipelinecomponents),Andthescopeofthecertificateiscoveredbythescopeofthetender.Theoriginalscanofthecertificateshallbeprovidedinthetender(originalreference)，Itcanbeverifiedbythenationalspecialequipmentpublicinformationqueryplatform.

（3）业绩要求RequirementforBidder"sreference:2013年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签订日期为准），投标人所投产品的制造商应具有至少两个合同气动关断阀的供货业绩，且均满足阀门尺寸不低于10"且压力等级不低于900LB的气动关断阀（球阀）和阀门尺寸不低于22"且压力等级不低于300LB的气动关断阀（球阀）的技术要求，两种规格阀门的供货业绩可以为同一合同或多个合同。投标人须按规定格式提交业
绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。
