2)投标人必须是制造商或代理商投标；若为代理商，需提供制造商出具的针对本项目的唯一授权函；
3）自2016年1月1日至2020年1月1日（以合同签订日期为准），投标人所提供的投标产品应至少具2个在中华人民共和国境内新建100万吨/年及以上乙烯装置中同类工况下良好运行的应用业绩（升级、改造及替换业绩无效），每个业绩合同中须同时包括：
①不少于30台法兰连接三偏心（或双偏心）气动调节蝶阀
②至少2台28”(或以上)烃类介质的法兰连接三偏心气动调节蝶阀
③至少1台设计温度-45°C（或以下）的法兰连接三偏心或双偏心气动调节蝶阀。
