二、项目概况与招标范围ProjectOverviewandTenderingScope2.1、项目概况Projectoverview:项目概况：本工程为原油外输管道，线路起点位于尼日尔Koulele首站，终点位于贝宁赛美港，包含一座单点系泊和9座输油站，将尼日尔的原油出口。本管线包含2部分：陆上部分和海上部分。
陆上部分分为两段，尼日尔段和贝宁段，线路全长为1950km，管径为Φ508mm，设计压力9MPa。（略）长度为1257km，6座泵站（PS01-PS06），35座阀室，并计划修建尼亚美生活营地。（略）长度为675km，2座泵站（PS07-PS08），1个陆上终端，24座阀室，并计划修建赛美生活营地。
海上部分为贝宁赛美港的海上终端，包括1座SPM系统和2条平行海洋管道，每条约14.4km，管道直径为711mm，设计压力5MPa。

TheoffshoresectionisanoffshoreterminalatthePortofSaïméinBenin,including1SPMsystemand2parallelmarinepipelinesofabout14.4kmeach,withapipelinediameterof711mmandadesignpressureof5MPa.

3.2投标人要求具有独立法人资格，投标人应为业主指定品牌的制造商或具代理商或贸易商，应具有与本招标项目相应的供货能力，对其提供的货物和服务负全部责任。

近三年最少具备一个类似项目业绩。Thetenderershallhaveatleastonesimilarproductsmanufacturingexperienceforoverseaprojectinnearly3yearsandprovidecontractcopy.
