3.QualificationRequirementsfortheBidder
3.1TheBiddershouldbeabletoimplementthecorrespondingprojectandfinishtheprojectonschedulebyensuringsuchaspectsaspersonnel,equipmentandfund.TheBidderneedstoprovidebusinesslicenseorlocalregistrationevidentiarymaterials(sealofcopy).IftheBidderhasnoseal,itshallprovidelocalregistrationevidentiarymaterialswithorganizationleader’ssignature.
3.2LegalRepresentativeorcompanyleaderisthesameordifferentcompanyhaveholdingandmanagementrelationshipcannotattendonesamebiddingorproject.
3.3ConsortiumbiddingisnotacceptedfortheProject;
