（1）（略）(CPC)（略）主要由光电式测量传感器、数字控制器、直线行程传感器、伺服阀几部分构成。
（略）；由传感器连续地测量行进板带的位置变化，（略）输入到数字控制器，（略）的输出与伺服阀相连。伺服阀驱动液压油缸带动机架进行左右移动或摆动，使板带侧向移动，（略）线上，实现板带自动对中功能。
直线行程传感器的值反映了机架的实际位置，（略），参与闭环控制。
（2）（略）(EPC)的组成及功能描述本项目（略），系统设备主要由光电式测量传感器、数字控制器、直线行程传感器、伺服阀几部分构成。
（略）；由传感器连续地测量行进板带边缘位置的变化，（略）输入到数字控制器，（略）的输出与伺服阀相连。伺服阀驱动与卷取机相连的液压缸而使卷取机跟踪进带位置，达到精确卷取的目的。
卷取机是对板带边缘位置进行跟踪，而不是对板带位置的偏差进行纠正，对进带边缘位置的跟踪的结果，是使板带边缘对准一点卷取，达到板卷一边平齐的目的。对于任何卷取机的对边控制，传感器必须安装在转向辊附近。
