2.2项目规模及投资额：新建光伏电站，含光（略）220kV升压站（1＃、2＃升压站），2＃升压站通过新建1回220kV线路在1＃升压站汇集后送出；项目永久用地面积约75.55亩，其中54.57亩（升压站）、20.98亩（储能），租地面积约40209.455亩。（略）接入规划甘南500kV变电站，（略）方案为准，220kV（略）另行核准。
2.3勘察服务期限：合同签订之日起15日内出具地质勘察报告及附图（详勘）

3.投标人资格要求3.1基本要求
（1）本次招标要求投标人须具备①须具有独立法人资格；②国家建设行政主管部门颁发的工程勘察（岩土工程）专业甲级及以上勘察资质的单位：（略）
（2）项目负责人要求：①具有注册土木工程师（岩土）证书同时具有高级及以上技术职称。
