1.6服务内容：本项目为南航异地驻勤机组所需酒店住宿用房采购，入围酒店需遵守南航机组保障安全、服务管理规定，为南航机组提供住宿、餐食、洗衣等保障服务；关注南航航班计划，根据航班计划做好房间预留以及接送机服务。

1.客房费用标准(含税不含早）：单间/标间：150.88美元/间/天（房费限价不包含赛事期间价格,赛事期间的价格以采购实际谈判结果为准）;
2.Single/TwinRoom:USD150.88perroompernight,includingtaxesbutexcludingbreakfast(excludingthepricesduringtheFormula1,Thefinalresultsubjecttoprocurementnegotiation.)
1.提供早餐、午餐和晚餐用餐服务。
Hotelshallabletoprovidebreakfast,lunchanddinnerservice.

2.提供自助餐、点餐、套餐、围餐多种用餐方式：（略）

2.洗衣费用标准：15.24美元

注：1、以上均为含税价，并包含其他额外费用如服务费。在合同期内，因国家税务政策变化导致税率发生变化时，按新的增值税率执行，在书面通知采购人：（略）
Theceilingpricesmentionedabovewereincludingtaxesandallotherextrachargessuchasservicescharge.Incasethetaxesratiohavebeenadjustedbythelocalgovernment,thesewillbeamendedbytheHotelaccordinglyafterwrittennotificationtoAirline.Thenewcontractratewillbecalculatebaseontheoriginalcontractrateplusnewtaxesratio.
2、本项目采用框架（无固定总金额）采购模式。谈判人必须对全部内容进行报价，如有缺漏或超过最高限价（单价）的报价，将导致报价无效。本次采购金额和数量为预估数据，采购人：（略）
Thisprojectadoptstheframework(nofixed/guaranteedamount)（略）(unitprice),thequotationwillbeinvalid.Theamountandquantityofthispurchaseareestimateddata,andthepurchaserhastherighttoadjustthemaccordingtotheactualneedsandsettlethemaccordingtotheactualquantity.Thepurchasequantitymayincreaseordecreaseduringthecontractperiod,andthefixedunitpricewillnotbeadjustedaccordingly.
3、报价规则：供应商客房（标准单人间/双人间）报价不得高于最高限价，且不得高于同款房型Booking（略）价格，否则视为无效报价，不计入价格分。
Quotationrules:thequotationofthesupplier'sroomrate(standardsingle/doubleroom)shallnotbehigherthantheceilingprice,andshallnotbehigherthanthepriceofthesameroomtypeonBooking.comorotherOTAplatforms,otherwiseitwillberegardedasinvalidquotationandwillnotbeearnanypointsonpricereview.

1.9合同期限：自合同生效之日起2年，具体起始时间以双方签署合同内容为准。

2、供应商资格要求Supplierqualification

ThedistancebetweenthesupplierandAirportmustbewithin30minutes(inclusive)bydriving.

Suppliershallberegisteredinlocalgovernmentandwithvalidlicense.
2.3供应商应当购买相关保险且保额能够覆盖在履行合同义务过程中可能产生的任何索赔。
SuppliershallmaintaininsurancesufficienttocoveranyclaimsorliabilitieswhichmayreasonablyariseoutoforrelatetoitsobligationsunderAgreement.
2.4供应商须配备餐厅，能提供早、午、晚餐堂食服务。
Suppliershallabletoprovidebreakfast,lunchanddinnerserviceinHotel’srestaurant.
2.5供应商须为过夜时间（下次航班起飞时间与落地航班时间之差）超过24小时（含）的机组人员提供每航班每人1件制服（制服衬衫/制服裤子/制服短裙）的清洗服务。
Suppliershallprovideonepieceofshirt/blousetoeachcrewwhostayinHotelformorethan24hours.
2.6被列入南航集团“限制交易供应商名单”且仍在限制期内的法人或其他组织不得参与本次谈判。
Legalperson(TheOwnerofsupplier)orotherorganizationswhoislistedinthe"restrictedlistofsuppliers"ofAirlineandstillwithintherestrictedperiodshallnotparticipateinthistender.
2.7被列入南航集团“禁止交易企业名单”的企业，不得参与本次谈判。
TheSupplierwhoislistedinthe“prohibitedlistoftrading”ofAirlineshallnotparticipateinthistender.
