高密度聚乙烯装置、全密度聚乙烯装置及聚丙烯装置气动及电动开关球阀160台。其中，20万吨/年高密度聚乙烯装置6台；30万吨/年高密度聚乙烯装置10台；45万吨/年全密度聚乙烯装置68台；1#50万吨/年聚丙烯装置38台；2#50万吨/年聚丙烯装置38台。

3.对投标人的资质要求
QualificationRequirementstoBidders
1)投标人具有有效的营业执照（境内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（境外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件；

2)国内制造商需提供《中华人民共和国特种设备生产许可证》（压力管道元件制造）；国外制造商须提供所投产品特种设备型式试验证书和《中华人民共和国特种设备生产许可证》（压力管道元件制造）（投标人须提供证书的扫描件）。
DomesticmanufacturersshallprovideSpecialEquipmentProductionLicenseofthePeople'sRepublicofChina(manufacturingofpressurepipecomponents);foreignmanufacturersshallprovidetypetestcertificateofspecialequipmentoftheinvestedproductsandSpecialEquipmentProductionLicenseofthePeople'sRepublicofChina(manufacturingofpressurepipecomponents)(thebiddershallprovidescannedcopyofthecertificate).
3）投标产品中防爆电磁阀、电动执行机构和限位开关须具有中国国家强制性产品认证证书，（投标人须提供证书的扫描件）。

5）自2014年1月1日至投标文件递交截止时间前7日（以合同签订时间为准），投标产品（气动或电动开关球阀）在中国境内具有聚烯烃装置的供货业绩，业绩合同中提供的产品须与本次投标产品一致。供货业绩合同中至少包含1台24寸及以上固定球硬密封球阀和至少包含1台温度不高于-60度的低温硬密封气动或电动开关球阀。须提供销售合同的扫描件（含双方盖章页、项目名称：（略）
FromJanuary1,2014to7daysbeforethedeadlineforsubmissionoftenderdocuments(subjecttothetimeofsigningthecontract),thebiddingproducts(pneumaticorelectricswitchballvalve)shallhavethesupplyperformanceofpolyolefinplantinChina,andtheproductsprovidedintheperformancecontractshallbeconsistentwiththebiddingproducts.Thesupplyperformancecontractcontainsatleastonehardsealedballvalveof24inchesandaboveandatleastonelow-temperaturehardsealedpneumaticorelectricon-offballvalvewithatemperaturenothigherthan-60degrees.Thescannedcopyofthesalescontract(includingthesealedpageoftheparties,thenameoftheproject,thenameofthegoods,thesupplyquantity,thesigningdatepage)andthescannedcopyofthesignedtechnicalagreement(theprojectname,thesizeoftheequipmentandthesupplylist)shallbeprovided.Ifthecontractfailstoprovideaccordingtotheaboverequirementsoriftheinformationisincomplete,itshallbedeemedasinvalid.
