1)本次招标接受代理商投标，代理商必须得到制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式书面授权书。

2）从2021年1月1日起具有已完工的螺柱焊机供货业绩（业绩均须附供货合同必要部分复印件和验收证明资料，以及客户评价表，时间以合同签订日期为准。所提供的合同复印件乙方应当为投标人或其所代理的制造商，如未提供业绩证明材料或业绩证明材料不符合要求的，评标委员会有权拒绝该投标）。
