五、供应商资格要求:
1、具有独立法人资格并依法取得《营业执照》，且营业执照经营范围须包含本项目内容。
2、有近五年所操作过的大型国际展会外场展台的成功案例，有跟工程机械行业展会相关的工作经历。
3、供应商的成立时间应不少于5年。
4、供应商需具有良好的银行资信及商业信誉，并应提交过去五年内的诉讼、仲裁和其它索赔的细节，不管是未决的，还是已解决的，不包括非实质性的索赔(总额不超过投标人总资产的5%)。如果未决的诉讼、仲裁或其它索赔超过供应商总资产的50%，将会被判定资质不合格。
5、其他要求：
5.1无其他明文禁止参与谈判的记录。
5.2不接受联合体参与谈判。
5.3供应商未被中联重科列入黑名单。
5.4提供报名表授权代表的社保证明。
5.5供应商必须提供正规的增值税专用发票。

-Havesuccessfullymanagedlargeinternationalexhibitionboothprojectsinthepastfiveyears,includingexperiencerelatedtoconstructionmachineryindustryexhibitions.
-Thesupplier'sestablishmenttimeshouldbenolessthan5years.
-Suppliersmusthavegoodbankcreditandcommercialreputationandshouldprovidedetailsoflitigation,arbitration,andotherclaimswithinthepastfiveyears,whetherunresolvedorresolved,excludingnon-materialclaims(totalamountnotexceeding5%ofthebidder'stotalassets).Ifunresolvedlitigation,arbitration,orotherclaimsexceed50%ofthesupplier'stotalassets,theywillbedeemedunqualified.OtherRequirements:
