高压气动调节阀216台。其中，渣油加氢装置高压气动调节阀69台、柴油加氢裂化装置高压气动调节阀56台、蜡油加氢裂化装置高压气动调节阀38台、汽油加氢装置高压气动调节阀2台、煤柴油加氢装置高压气动调节阀13台、焦化石脑油加氢装置高压气动调节阀30台、30万吨/年高密度聚乙烯装置GLOBE调节阀8台。本项目共分2个标包，标包1:104台，标包2:112台。投标人可兼投兼中。

3.对投标人的资质要求
QualificationRequirementstoBidders
1)投标人具有有效的营业执照（境内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（境外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件；
Thebidderhasavalidbusinesslicense(bidderregisteredwithinterritoryofPeople’sRepublicofChina)/IncorprationOperatinglicensedocument(bidderregisteredoutsideterritoryofPeople’sRepublicofChina),andacopyofthecorrespondingcertificateisrequired;
2)所投产品如为关境内制造，须提供制造商的《中华人民共和国特种设备生产许可证》；所投产品如为关境外制造，须提供所投产品特种设备型式试验证书和制造商的《中华人民共和国特种设备生产许可证》。

3）投标产品中防爆电磁阀、限位开关（接近开关、阀位开关）和阀门定位器须具有中国国家强制性产品认证证书;

4)标包1业绩要求：
投标人本次投标所供产品自2014年7月1日至投标截止日前7日（以合同签订时间为准）须具有应用于国内渣油加氢（或渣油加氢裂化）和蜡油加氢（或蜡油加氢裂化）和柴油加氢（或柴油加氢裂化）装置上的高压气动角型调节阀各10台及以上业绩（每份业绩合同中至少包含1台口径不低于4"、压力等级不低于CL1500RTJ的气动角型调节阀，且上述业绩中须包含1台口径不低于6"、压力等级不低于CL2500RTJ高压气动多级降压角型调节阀）。
标包2业绩要求：
投标人本次投标所供产品自2014年7月1日至投标截止日前7日（以合同签订时间为准）须具有应用于国内渣油加氢（或渣油加氢裂化）和蜡油加氢（或蜡油加氢裂化）和柴油加氢（或柴油加氢裂化）装置上高压气动GLOBE调节阀各10台及以上业绩（每份业绩合同中至少包含１台口径不低于8"、压力等级不低于CL1500RTJ的气动GLOBE调节阀，且上述业绩中须包含1台口径不低于16"、压力等级不低于CL1500RTJ和1台口径不低于12"、压力等级不低于CL2500RTJ气动GLOBE调节阀）。

PerformancerequirementsforPackage1:
Thebiddershallprovide10ormorehigh-pressurepneumaticanglecontrolvalvesfordomesticresidualoilhydrogenation(orresidualoilhydrocracking),waxoilhydrogenation(orwaxoilhydrocracking),anddieselhydrogenation(ordieselhydrocracking)unitsfromJuly1,2014to7daysbeforethebiddingdeadline(basedonthedateofcontractsigning).Eachperformancecontractshallincludeatleast1pneumaticanglecontrolvalvewithadiameterofnotlessthan4"andapressureratingofnotlessthanCL1500RTJ,andtheaboveperformanceshallinclude1high-pressurepneumaticmulti-stagepressurereductioncontrolanglevalvewithadiameterofnotlessthan6"andapressureratingofnotlessthanCL2500RTJ.
PerformancerequirementsforPackage2:
TheproductssuppliedbythebidderforthisbiddingmusthaveperformancefromJuly1,2014to7daysbeforethebiddingdeadline(basedonthecontractsigningtime),with10ormorehigh-pressurepneumaticGLOBEcontrolvalvesappliedtodomesticresidualoilhydrogenation(orresidualoilhydrocracking),waxoilhydrogenation(orwaxoilhydrocracking),anddieselhydrogenation(ordieselhydrocracking)units.Eachperformancecontractmustincludeatleast1pneumaticGLOBEcontrolvalvewithadiameterofnolessthan8"andapressurelevelofnolessthanCL1500RTJ,andtheaboveperformancemustinclude1pneumaticGLOBEcontrolvalvewithadiameterofnolessthan16"andapressurelevelofnolessthanCL1500RTJ,and1pneumaticGLOBEcontrolvalvewithadiameterofnolessthan12.ThepressurelevelshallnotbelowerthanCL2500RTJpneumaticGLOBEregulatingvalve.
Scannedcopiesofthesalescontract(includingstampedpagesofbothparties,projectname,goodsname,supplyquantity,andsigningdatepage)andsignedversionsofthetechnicalagreement(whichshouldreflectthedevicenameandsupplylist)mustbeprovided.Failuretoprovideorincompleteinformationinaccordancewiththeaboverequirementsrequiresothersupportingmaterials,otherwiseitwillbeconsideredinvalidperformance.
5)本项目不接受联合体投标。
