Recently,HangzhouLinkongConstructionInvestmentGroupCo.,Ltd.hasdraftedthe"GlobalDigitalTradeInnovationPortConstructionPlanningProposal,"whichaimstoleveragetheinternationalexhibitionplatformoftheGlobalDigitalTradeExpotobuildaworld-classexhibitionandindustryplatform.Thisprojectseekstocreateaninternationaldigitaltradeinnovationecosystem,attractglobaldigitaltradeleaders,andestablishtheGlobalDigitalTradeInnovationPortasahubcharacterizedbyhighlyconcentratedresources,distinctiveindustrialfeatures,andefficientoperations,therebypropellingHangzhoutobecomeagloballyrecognizedChinaDigitalTradePort.

落实党的二十大和***总书记重要讲话精神，以打造数字贸易为核心的产业新地标——中国数贸港为根本目标，助推杭州成为全国领先、全球一流的数字贸（略）。落实中国数贸港建设“三地一枢纽”功能定位，发挥临空经济（略）“支撑”及先行示范作用，（略）场馆承接全球数字贸易博览会契机，建设全球数字贸易创新港，构建具有临空辨识度的数字贸易产业体系。

发挥“综保+自贸+临空经济（略）+跨境电商（略）”及萧山国际机场“四区一枢纽”的叠加优势，（略），提出具有引领性的发展理念，构建临空数字创新特色的产业生态、创新环境，聚焦跨境电子商务、数字服务贸易等领域，强化跨境服务、国际展会、离岸金融等功能，实现中国数贸港建设的（略）。全面推进临空经济（略）发展提能升级，打造链接全球、驱动双循环格局的重要开放门户。

准确把握（略）域经济优势，聚焦产业特色、时代气息，形成结构合理、布局清晰、独具韵味（略）空间体系；聚焦数字产品、数字服务、数字金融等领域产业链，推动新业态发展，优化新型数字基础设施建设，培育新业态新模式优质环境，营造数字贸易创新生态，打造全球数字贸易创新（略）。

充分（略）域会展+优势，研究产业空间及配套需求，以高品质产业空间、公共空间、建筑空间及配套设施满足产业、会展、生活及旅游等多元人群需求，营造复合活力、社交友好、创新碰撞、人群汇聚的多元场景，打造“会展+数贸”产业生态的复合型（略）。
Theplanningwillmakefulluseoftheregion'sadvantagesintheexhibitionindustry,studythespatialandsupportingneedsoftheindustry,andprovidehigh-qualityindustrialspaces,publicspaces,buildingspaces,andsupportingfacilitiestomeettheneedsofvariousgroups,includingthoseinindustry,exhibitions,living,andtourism.Thiswillcreateavibrant,sociallyfriendly,innovative,anddiverseecosystemforthe"Exhibition+DigitalTrade"industry.

规划范围位于萧山机场北侧，（略）为核，北至龙虎横河及月亮湾，西至钱塘江堤岸，（略），（略）、（略）、（略）、（略）、（略）、104国道，具体范围详见附图，规划范围用地面积约305公顷，（略）（一、二期）及南侧酒店等约106公顷为已（略）。

落实数贸总部（略）关于数字服务、数字金融、数字产品三大特色总部（略）的空间布局地；明确数贸产业类型、产业配套、产业服务、数字基础设施等用地空间布局及具体功能定位，（略）域空间形态；有效（略）域各类功能业态，有效衔接规划范围周边建筑、空间等景观环境，促进临空产业（略）联动协同发展。

聚焦数贸产业链主企业，明确地块功能定位及细分类型，落实具体功能业态及空间匹配诉求；提出培育数字贸易新模式新业态的具体方案；提出拟实施项目的建设运营策略及产业引育模式。
