2、多功能仪具备对热轧带钢厚度、凸度、宽度、中心温度、轮廓、楔度、长度、精轧扫描温度等测量功能，并具有轮廓修正功能。
3、多功能仪配置在线4组射线及高压控制单元且具备冗余功能，不低于90个电离室测量通道。任何一组射线单元故障，仍能保证正常生产测量。新增加的两套带钢横断面扫描高温计及现有利旧的F7出口平直度仪、测宽仪的数据要在新多功能数据服务器存储查询并具备数据上抛接口。不论每年的钢产量是多少，其数据服务器上的存储设备应可保存至少2年的数据。且可自由导出。为方便各专业相关人员查询分析，导出数据需要多种形式：xls(Excel文件格式)、csv(文本文件格式)、tml(临时文件格式)、符合招标方质量管控PI系统数据文件格式TM1。
