二、总体定位
ⅡOverallPositioning（略）中轴线上的复合型、景区型文化设施地标，采用了“文化馆+非遗馆+综合文化空间”的组合形式，在保证文化馆群艺活动和文化展陈功能的基础上，（略）时尚发布、文化配套空间等功能进行结合。

1.文化馆定位为“全国公共文化服务现代化先行标杆”，设置与省级文化资源相匹配的文化设施。

三、项目概况ⅢProjectProfile本项目选址（略）未来科技城单元的YH（略）地块，（略）2.5公里的世界级中轴线南端、（略）千年文化发展轴与湿地湖链交汇之处的国际滨水（略）范围内，南邻梦溪水乡，与杭州西湖风景（略）距离约7km，与西溪国家湿地公园距离约4km，与杭州西站距离约4.5km。（略）、杭州音乐厅、（略）大剧院等重要公共设施。

项目用地面积13.74公顷（面积以实测为准），计容建筑面积约4.8万平方米，地下经营性建筑面积不超过1.5万平方米，并设置相应地下车库、人防、设备等设施建筑面积。功能组成包含文化馆、非遗馆、综合文化空间等。
