近期，市临空建投集团编制了《全球数字贸易创新港建设策划方案》，拟依托全球数贸
（略），建设国际一流会展+（略），营造国际化数字贸易创新生态，引育全
球数字贸易龙头企业，打造要素高度集聚、产业特色鲜明、运营高效领先的全球数字贸易创
新港，全力助推杭州建设具有全球辨识度的中国数贸港。

至钱塘江堤岸，（略），（略），北至龙虎横河及月亮湾。其中规划范围用地面积
约272公顷，（略）（一、二期）及南侧酒店等约106公顷已（略）域；统筹范围用
地面积约58公顷。具体范围详见附图。

本次规划为落实全球数字贸易创新港产业空间及功能布局的概念性规划，规划范围：除
已（略）域外，已批控规明确（略）三线以内规划地块还应明确后续地块出让及项目实施的
规划条件，重点地块(首发项目)应达到建筑概念设计深度。
统筹范围：要求整合、吸收在编《阳城滨（略）(含大堤)实施（略）设计征集》项目的
月亮湾板块、沿江板块等重点研究地块设计研究成果，（略）（略）（略）相关规划成果
，（略）为核心的数（略）域系统性的规划建设内容。
