3.对投标人的资质要求
QualificationRequirementstoBidders
1)投标人具有有效的营业执照（境内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（境外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件；

3）自2014年7月1日至投标文件递交截止时间前7日（以合同签订时间为准），投标人所投高压浮筒液位计在中国境内同时具有渣油加氢（或渣油加氢裂化）装置供货业绩（至少含1台压力等级不低于CL1500）和柴油加氢（或柴油加氢裂化）装置供货业绩（至少含1台压力等级不低于CL900）。
注：须提供供货业绩合同的扫描件（含双方盖章、项目名称：（略）
SinceJuly1,2014to7daysbeforethedeadline(subjecttothecontractsigningtime),thebidderofhighpressurefloatlevelmeterinChinawiththeperformanceofslaghydrogenation(orslagcracking)unit(atleastonepressuregradenotlessthanCL1500)anddieselhydrogenation(ordieselcracking)unitsupplyperformance(includingatleastonepressuregradenotlessthanCL900).Note:mustprovidescannedcopiesofthesupplyperformanceofthecontract(includingbothpartiesseal,projectname,goodsname,supplyquantity,signingdate)andthesignedversionofthetechnicalagreement(shouldreflecttheprojectname,equipment,supplylist)andotherdocuments,notaccordingtotheaboverequirementsorincompleteinformation,asinvalidperformance.
